The property was lovely modern, I couldn't recommend more!

The location was incredible - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Also, it was close to Mariacka. Our twin room was new-fashioned and stylish with comfortable bed.

Wonderful, clean hotel with really kind personnel at the reception desk. Breakfast with many options. Amazing, fantastic location very close to Main Railway Station, pubs and bars and railways.

In total very nice stay, I would be happy to recommend!

I had incredible food for breakfast with many options. The double room was neat and soundproof with comfortable bed, so that guests had essentials. The location was good, close to Mariacka Street in Katowice.

During our recent stay at Best Western Hotel Mariacki, we were extremely pleased with the convenient location. Being situated in the heart of the city, it was just a short walk away from the railway station and surrounded by a lively pedestrian street filled with bars and restaurants. Despite some downsides like noise coming from the street, the price was reasonable and the staff were wonderful. The hotel had a fresh and modern feel, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast which offered a wide variety of options, including local specialties. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Had an excellent stay here. We both loved it, the place is wonderful and suited fine. The hotel was set in a very central area so close to the adjoining restaurant, both Kraków and Katowice, and public transport close by. Dessert restaurant Istne Lody Rzemieslnicze located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Could see city perfectly from our brand-new and well-equipped room. The location was top and best possible close to the center.

This hotel has a fantastic location right in the heart of the city, close to the railway station and right at Maliaki street. It was so convenient to be able to explore the city on foot and be surrounded by the hustle and bustle of cafes and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to provide recommendations and assistance. I stayed on the top floor, on the 7th floor, and the room was lovely with tasteful furnishings and attention to detail. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of dishes served in a stylish bar downstairs.

The wifi could be improved as it required a login and password, and would often disconnect after a short period of inactivity.

the location is perfect as it is close to the city center and the railway station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Secondly, the staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to assist me with finding the hotel's parking and helping me with my luggage. It was a warm and welcoming start to my stay. Lastly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. From the modern decor to the effective air conditioner, everything was well-designed and comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary tea/coffee, iron, and ironing board - amenities you don't always find in other hotels. This hotel truly deserves more than 3*!

The food and rooms were lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel which was conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the center with breakfast served in the restaurant.
